Would you like to learn how to practice inversions?
Inversions are a great way to increase focus, heighten your awareness, build strength, cultivate balance, as well as decrease stress and calm the nervous system.
In this workshop we will dive into the basic fundamental actions of handstand, shoulder stand, head stand, and forearm stand. All of these inversions require a different sets of tools and you will learn what is required in order to practice all of them with confidence and ease.
All levels welcome!
