Happy 2019! I love this time of year. The energy it brings. The reflection required as we look back on all of our accomplishments from the year prior and the lessons we learned along the way. It is a great time to prioritize the practices and relationships that make you feel good inside. The ones that light you up, make you want to get out of bed in the morning and live your best life.
For me, this is the year of clarity and purpose. Last year was all about growth and expansion. When I had my daughter, I had no idea the world of wonder I was in for. My priorities have changed and I have transformed, as a mother. I am learning to clear out the clutter and eliminate distractions. I feel great as a result and motivated to make the most of my time.
In the new year, I am committed to sending out a monthly newsletter. This newsletter will include yoga classes, meditations, recipes and more that we use on a daily basis to increase overall health, well-being, and happiness. Inversions Workshop at The Green Yogi

In this workshop, we will flow, dive into the fundamental actions of inversions, learn exercises to build strength and stability in the body, increase our level of awareness of the mind, body, breath connection and wind down with some deep stretches to leave you fully relaxed and recharged for your week ahead. One thing we are committed to in 2019 is continuing to travel together as a family. Already we have been to some amazing destinations such as Costa Rica, Tulum, Nantucket, and more. We just returned from a week-long trip to Belize! It was incredible even though there were some challenges. I am sharing our journey here on Instagram.
We are also sharing inspirational stories and quotes on our page: myOm.life. Om is the sacred sound or vibration of the universe. When we are living our lives in alignment with our hearts and purpose, we are connected to this universal life force energy.
Yoga is the practice of yolking the mind with the body. The fastest way to the present moment is through the breath. Thus, we created this platform as a way to share that you can find yoga in so many different ways. For me, I find it while practicing asana, in meditation, out in nature or snuggling my daughter.
